Dr. Meenakshi Singh
Founder of Nandini Gir Farms
Nandini Gir Farms located in Thakurgon suburban of Ranchi was started by Dr Meenakshi Singh, who owns an Eye as well as Dental Hospital named Meenakshi Netralaya, well established since 13 years in Ranchi . She herself when struggled to get pure A2 Milk for her own son, even though she tried a lot but was unable to find even one such Farm that could provide them pure a2 milk. She then thought to develop her own farm and aimed to keep approx hundred cows in future so that not only her family but others too should get the benefits of golden milk and from there her Organic journey started. Presently the Farm is doing all types of organic farming with Gir Cow’s organic manure and cow urine.
Being a doctor, she realised that adulteration in food as well as use of intensive inorganic substances in food and vegetable at the time of cultivation has given rise to many diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, stress ,anxiety, hormonal imbalance and cancer with which people are unaware. India is now becoming diabetic capital of the world which is a major issue that has to be looked for.. Hence, through her approach, she is not only limiting herself to Organic Farming in her own farms but in future she will train farmers and make them learn the advantage of Organic Farming and interdependent. Farming with a vision to make Jharkhand an organic state.

Sustainable Farming Is the Way to Go
In order to keep up with the times while maintaining our roots, we at Nandini Farms believe in evolving. We employ both contemporary and conventional production technologies while maintaining standards of Hygiene and Quality. No chemical fertilisers are used to produce the yield or the fodder at our farm.
To ensure an organic yield and growth of the fodder, we use cow dung and urine as natural fertilisers. You will receive the purest GIR A2 COW MILK every day because it is obtained from healthy cows using traditional milking techniques and packaged hygienically. Prior to collecting the milk, we make sure the calves consume 40–50% of it from their mothers.

Advantages Of Organic Farming?
Organic farming has several advantages. It contributes to environmental health by lowering pollutant levels. It decreases human and animal health risks by lowering the product’s residual level. It contributes to the long-term viability of agricultural output.
